  13. About reactions to power events:
  14.     You can execute lots of stuff in asapm as
  15.     reactions to the APM events. Try not to 
  16.     exaggerate. For example, you can run hdparm
  17.     utility but read the documentation - there
  18.     is a danger of wiping your disk if you 
  19.     specify incorrect parameters!
  20.     I implemented just a few possible reactions
  21.     out of many. I only needed to suspend my
  22.     computer when the power goes too low (I
  23.     happened to leave my computer running on
  24.     the battery and go to sleep :-( already)
  25.     so consider I overdid what I wanted. If you
  26.     feel inclined you can extend the reactions
  27.     almost endlessly.
